Updating usb driver please wait
I have a very old computer with two Western Digital 60 GB IDE Hard Drives. I feel these are the problem because I accidentally deleted RAID off of them.I am trying to install Windows XP Professional onto this computer. But after I choose to install Windows, the setup takes me to a screen that reads, "Windows Setup" at the top and, "Please Wait..." at the bottom in a gray bar. I left it that way all night to see if it was installing Windows behind the screen or something. I have a USB Key with 4gb of storage and I would like to let the same process happen to it upon inserting it, but using an EXE file I created instead of a real driver.(The file I created isn't in anyway harmful to the PC) How I would want it to happen: The reason I want to do this is because the PC the USB is inserted into may not have Autorun enabled and therefore it won't run the I have placed in the USBs storage which also runs my "start.exe" Any help is appreciated:) MSDN has a whole chapter on USB and writing USB drivers.
If you see this message you can easily recover your radio by installing its latest software via a USB connection.
On your computer, when you connect a USB device such as a camera, you get a pop up saying "Installing drivers please wait" or something along those lines.
It runs the driver EXE file without requiring any permission from the user and without having the Auto Play feature enabled.
For more detailed instructions, you can visit the official websites of the manufacturer of your product. In Control Panel window, choose to View by Small icons, and then choose Windows Firewall. On the left side of the pane, choose Turn Windows Firewall on or off.
Also, please make sure that you disable Windows Defender as well. You might need to provide administrator permission to continue. Tick the two boxes for Turn off Windows Firewall (not recommended) under different categories. 1) Still, in the Control Panel windows, choose Power Options this time.
